Lychee Mango Sports Drink

Ingredients for 1 glass (375 mL)

  • 1 cup of canned lychee and its juice (6-7 pieces)

    • Can be found in the ethnic product aisle of Superstore or Independent

  • 1/2 cup coconut water

  • 1/2 cup frozen mangoes

  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

  • 1 pinch of table salt


Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.

  2. Enjoy cold.


Fueling tip:

This sports drink can be used as a pre-workout drink or to consume during long training sessions of 90 min and more.
